CMTS celebrates Owen Lloyd’s West End success
Everyone at Caldicot Musical Theatre Society would like to wish former member Owen Lloyd the very best as he takes to the stage in the production of Jesus Christ Superstar at The London Palladium this summer and autumn.
In this acclaimed West End revival, Owen performs as part of the ensemble while also serving as First Cover Jesus – the lead role played by Sam Ryder and Cover Peter. It’s an incredible achievement and a testament to his talent, dedication and hard work.
Having been part of the CMTS family, Owen has made us all incredibly proud. Watching his journey from our stage to one of the UK’s most iconic theatres is really inspiring and we’re thrilled to see his career continue to flourish.
Pictured on opening night with his lovely mum Deb, a longstanding CMTS member, Owen has begun what will no doubt be an unforgettable run at The London Palladium. Over the coming weeks, many members of the CMTS family will be travelling to London in small groups to support Owen and cheer him on.
